Returns & Exchanges

At BonLook, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for all eyewear purchased online or in-store. If your prescription isn't quite right or the style doesn't fit your face, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BonLook account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your eyewear in its original case and box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Retain your tracking number for peace of mind while it travels back to our lab.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our optical specialists will inspect the returned frames and lenses. Once verified, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 7 to 10 business days.
